Gayo Lues – Wartagayo.com. PT. Rosin Trading Internasional diduga melanggar peraturan pemerintah dengan tetap menjalankan operasionalnya meskipun telah menerima surat perintah pemberhentian aktivitas dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Gayo Lues dan DLHK Aceh. Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan getah pinus ini tetap berproduksi di Desa Tungel Baru Kecamatan Rikit Gaib, Kabupaten Gayo Lues, meskipun dalam verifikasi lapangan ditemukan sejumlah pelanggaran serius.
Berdasarkan surat bernomor registrasi 660/III/2025, yang diterbitkan pada 25 Februari 2025, hasil pengawasan lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh Pejabat Pengawas Lingkungan DLHK Aceh dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kabupaten Gayo Lues mengungkapkan bahwa PT. Rosin Trading Internasional melanggar berbagai ketentuan perizinan dan perundang-undangan terkait lingkungan hidup.
Salah satu temuan utama adalah tidak adanya Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL), yang merupakan sistem wajib untuk mengolah air limbah agar memenuhi standar baku mutu sebelum dibuang atau digunakan kembali. Akibatnya, limbah produksi dari perusahaan ini diduga mencemari lingkungan sekitar.
Limbah Cemari Sawah Warga, Petani Merugi
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun dari berbagai sumber di lokasi, limbah produksi getah pinus dari PT. Rosin Trading Internasional telah beberapa kali mengalami kebocoran, sehingga mencemari lahan pertanian masyarakat setempat. Sejumlah petani mengeluhkan bahwa sawah mereka mengalami kerusakan akibat tercemarnya air limbah pabrik tersebut.
“Sejak adanya kebocoran limbah ini, lahan sawah tidak dapat ditanami karna jika ditanam, tanaman padi menguning dan mati sebelum waktunya,” ujar salah satu petani di Kecamatan Rikit Gaib yang enggan disebutkan namanya.
DLH Gayo Lues Bungkam, Penegak Hukum Didesak Bertindak
Saat dikonfirmasi melalui telepon WhatsApp, Fadhlinsyah, S.H., Kepala Bidang Penataan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Gayo Lues, mengaku tidak mengetahui bahwa PT. Rosin Trading Internasional masih beroperasi setelah adanya perintah penghentian paksa untuk aktivitas sebelum semua perizinan dipenuhi semua , dan PT .Rosin Trading International adalah perusahan Asing yang seharusnya semua perizinan di lakukan di pusat.
“Kalau memang mereka masih beroperasi, berarti itu ilegal,” ujarnya singkat.
Sementara itu, tim media pada Jumat, 21 Maret 2025, mencoba menemui Kasimuddin, S.T., M.P., Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Gayo Lues, di kantornya untuk meminta klarifikasi lebih lanjut. Namun, yang bersangkutan tidak berada di tempat. Saat dihubungi melalui WhatsApp, pesan yang dikirimkan hanya dibaca tanpa adanya tanggapan.
Sejumlah pihak kini mendesak agar aparat penegak hukum turun tangan untuk menindak tegas perusahaan yang diduga ilegal dan merugikan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD), dan seharusnya semua Industri Pengolahan Gondorukem dan Terpentin memiliki RPBBI ( Rencana Pemenuhan Bahan Baku Industri ) yang mana sumber bahan baku tersebut berasal dari Konsesi Resmi yang ada di Aceh , sementara Konsesi Resmi yang sudah punya ijin tersebut di Aceh baru ada Tiga Perusahaan yaitu PT. Kencana Hijau Binalestari, PT. Tusam Hutani Lestari dan BUMD Tanoh Gayo, bilamana Industri tersebut tidak memiliki kerjasama dengan ke Tiga Konsesi tersebut maka bahan baku yang di dapatkannya adalah Ilegal karena tidak membayar PSDH sebagai kewajiban kepada Negara, ini merupakan tindak Pidana yang harus segera di tindaklanjuti.
“Jika pemerintah tidak bertindak tegas, ini bisa menjadi preseden buruk bagi perusahaan lain. Jangan sampai ada kesan bahwa aturan hanya berlaku bagi sebagian pihak, sementara yang lain dibiarkan bebas melanggar,” ujar seorang aktivis lingkungan di Gayo Lues.
Kasus ini menambah daftar panjang dugaan pelanggaran lingkungan di Aceh, yang kerap kali tidak mendapatkan penanganan serius. Masyarakat kini menunggu langkah konkret dari pihak berwenang untuk menindaklanjuti persoalan ini sebelum dampak lingkungan semakin meluas.
