Gubernur Aceh Layangkan Teguran Resmi ke lima perusahaan pengolahan getah pinus di Aceh diantaranya PT Jaya media Internusa , PT Rosin Trading International, PT Pinus Makmur Indonesia , PT Kencana Hijau Binalestari , PT Hopson Aceh Industri .semua perusahan tersebut Diduga Langgar Ketentuan Lingkungan Hidup, dan ada juga yang belum punya Ijin sama sekali serta ada juga yang ijinnya belum lengkap, ke lima perusahaan tersebut diberi Tenggat 30 Hari
Sejak surat gubernur Aceh di terbitkan 28 April 2025 sampai 28 Mei 2025.
Pemerintah Aceh melalui Gubernur Muzakir Manaf secara resmi mengirimkan surat teguran kepada kelima perusahaan pengelola pabrik pengolahan getah pinus yang beroperasi di wilayah Aceh. Surat yang bersifat “Segera” itu menyoroti hasil temuan pelanggaran administrasi lingkungan hidup dan temuan Data perijinan yang belum lengkap serta ada satu perusahaan yang belum ada ijin sama sekali tetapi sudah produksi, dari hasil verifikasi lapangan oleh Tim Terpadu Pemerintah Aceh.
Verifikasi tersebut dilakukan pada dua waktu berbeda, yakni pada tanggal 27 Juni 2024 dan 26 Februari 2025. Tim terpadu terdiri dari unsur Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Aceh, Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Aceh, dan Biro Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Aceh. Mereka menemukan sejumlah pelanggaran yang dinilai serius dan berpotensi mengganggu kelestarian lingkungan serta ketertiban administratif perizinan usaha.
Dalam isi surat tersebut, Gubernur Muzakir Manaf menegaskan bahwa kelima perusahaan telah melakukan pelanggaran dan/atau ketidaksesuaian terhadap sejumlah ketentuan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup.
Atas dasar temuan tersebut, Gubernur Muzakir Manaf memberikan ultimatum kepada perusahaan untuk segera melakukan tindakan pemenuhan kewajiban sebagaimana diatur dalam ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Perusahaan diberi waktu selama 30 hari terhitung sejak surat diterima untuk menyelesaikan seluruh perbaikan administratif dan teknis.
“Demi menjaga integritas pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dan memastikan seluruh kegiatan industri di Aceh berjalan sesuai regulasi, maka tindakan tegas ini harus segera direspons oleh perusahaan,” demikian bunyi penekanan dalam surat resmi tersebut.
Surat itu juga ditembuskan kepada sejumlah pihak berwenang di tingkat nasional dan daerah, yaitu:
Menteri Lingkungan Hidup/Kepala Badan Pengendalian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia;
Bupati Gayo Lues;
Bupati Aceh Tengah ;
Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Aceh;
Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Aceh.
Tembusan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelanggaran yang ditemukan tidak hanya ditangani secara internal, tetapi juga menjadi perhatian otoritas pusat, termasuk kementerian lingkungan hidup di Jakarta.
Sikap tegas Pemerintah Aceh ini merupakan bentuk penegakan terhadap prinsip pembangunan berkelanjutan yang menempatkan pelestarian lingkungan hidup sebagai pilar utama. Terlebih dalam konteks kawasan Aceh yang memiliki banyak kawasan hutan lindung, ekosistem gambut, serta biodiversitas penting, semua aktivitas industri diharapkan berjalan dengan memperhatikan tanggung jawab ekologis dan hukum.
Pengamat lingkungan menilai bahwa langkah Gubernur Aceh ini patut diapresiasi. “Ini adalah bentuk keberanian dan kepemimpinan dalam menjaga kualitas lingkungan hidup. Perusahaan harus sadar bahwa kegiatan ekonomi tidak boleh mengabaikan dampak ekologis dan kewajiban administratifnya,” ujarnya.
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada tanggapan resmi dari pihak terkait yaitu empat perusahaan PT Jaya Media Internusa , PT Rosin Trading International , PT Pinus Makmur Indonesia, PT Hopson Aceh Industri, dan baru satu perusahaan yang sudah melakukan klarifikasi yaitu PT Kencana Hijau Binalestari di Gayo Lues, Namun masyarakat sipil dan aktivis lingkungan di Aceh berharap teguran ini tidak hanya menjadi formalitas, melainkan benar-benar ditindaklanjuti dengan sanksi administratif hingga penghentian izin jika perusahaan tetap abai.
Pemerintah daerah diharapkan terus melakukan pemantauan lapangan dan membangun mekanisme pelaporan publik untuk mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran lingkungan di masa mendatang. Dengan semakin banyaknya aktivitas industri di Aceh, pengawasan terhadap aspek lingkungan hidup menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk menjaga warisan alam bagi generasi yang akan datang.
